Casper's haven was a large, newly-built house near downtown DC in a quiet neighborhood, surrounded by trees with neighbors a few lots away, and a homey, brick-and-wood exterior and design scheme. It was two-story with large rooms and windows and a rustic theme to its furniture, as well as being sleekly modern thanks to Casper's time with Clan Toreador instilling a sense of style and the need for space to entertain potentially important acquaintances.

Unfortunately, Casper's house was destroyed in a gas fire and subsequent explosion set by his ghoul, Andres Lund, after he believed Casper to be dead and was attempting to destroy the haven while Astrid, the perpetrator, was inside. While there were no casualties, the house was damaged beyond repair, and after fleeing Casper moved into the downtown Thomas Circle Apartments.
