Cemetery House is a former caretaker's house for the NAME OF CEMETERY in Rockville, on the outskirts of DC proper. Formerly run-down and not particularly interesting to anyone, it was recently purchased by Jimmy Francetti as a communal haven for himself, his wife Hope Gutierrez, and their ghouls Samantha Gunnarsson and Jackson Dupree. Although the interior of the house has been extensively renovated for the comfort of the Kindred who reside in it, the outside of the house remains forbidding and unsettling, a textbook haunted graveyard mansion that no one except the bravest local children are likely to go anywhere near.
Inside, Cemetery House is a rambling mansion tailored to the preferences of each of its inhabitants, with comfortable and well-furnished common areas in a variety of decorating styles, bedrooms to match each vampire's personality, and personalized studios and workrooms. In particular, Hope has a tower containing a technology super station, Jimmy a ritual room for his occult pursuits, and various entertainments for the ghouls.
