A vampire at 5 humanity is a rare creature: so committed to humanity that they outshine many actual humans, they are constantly striving to be a good person and to help, protect, and love those around them. They are actively inviting to spend time with, often drawing people into their presence without even noticing, and mortals are prone to considering such people celebrities or saints for their indefinable quality of goodness.

Mortals may love humanity 5 vampires, but unfortunately very few of them love themselves. The condition of vampiric life is agonizing for them, since it involves the constant assault and violation of other people in the name of survival, and most vampire societies are likewise too oppressive and cruel for them to bear. Such a morally-restricted vampire can trigger a Crisis of Conscience for even the pettiest of sins, such as lying, rudeness, or refusal to make someone else happy, and they often struggle to remain at this level for very long as a result.

Vampires at level 5 humanity awaken a solid two hours before the sun goes down, as well as being able to remain awake for two more hours after it rises each morning. Since they are almost more human than human, they have the advantage of a human-quick awakening time from torpor, too; they can naturally awaken only a day later, just as if they'd fallen asleep for the evening.
